  3. Identify and Retract Peroneal Tendons
  4. Identify Subtalar Joint
  1. Scrape Arthritic Cartilage
  2. Open Joint Space
  3. Perforate Subchondral Plate
  1. Identify Gerdy's Tubercle
  2. Harvest Graft
  3. Pack with Allograft
  4. Closure
  5. Add Autograft to Joint Space
  1. Drill Through Calcaneus
  2. Measure for Screw Length
  3. Insert Screw
  4. Repeat for 2nd Screw
  5. X-ray Confirmation
